How to book a holiday
Firstly, you have to choose which holiday you want to come on, but once you have picked one (or two, or three!), email us with the holiday name in the email subject. In the email, please state if you have any special requests and we’ll let you know if this affects the price. We’ll also ask for a non-refundable GBP100 or 20% deposit (whichever is greater) at the time of booking to secure you place, in addition to next of kin, dietary and medical requirements and contact information. Your holiday insurance information is not required until closer to departure.
You can pay off the full amount in installments, as long as full payment of the holiday is made 4, 6 or 8 weeks before departure; we’ll let you know in our reply.
Payment is preferably by BACS or bank transfer, but we accept PayPal and cheques.
